Safety First

Lawrenceville finished up their September Health & Wellness focus month with a presentation from Corporal Eric Rooks of the Gwinnett County Police Department. Cpl. Rooks provided a humorous yet educational perspective on personal safety and tips for situational awareness. Afterwards he visited with several employees for more detailed questions and answers, even giving Andra Haltinner a tour of his patrol vehicle. Everyone enjoyed the presentation and we are looking to bring Cpl. Rooks back for another future presentation.

Steppin’ Up

The team in Georgia also really stepped it up this month, recording over TWO MILLION steps! That is over 500 miles (806 kilometers). Congratulations team! Our top walkers each week were Pamela Graham, Joseph Wageman, Sean Edwards and David Clay.
