Job Title: Customer Support & Logistics Manager (EMEA)

Location: Regent Park Office, Northampton
We are currently seeking a Customer Support & Logistics Manager to join our EMEA team.
What the role involves
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will provide excellent levels of customer across our EMEA customer base. You will also be responsible for:
- Managing our Customer Service Team.
- Leading the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth transition from prospect to customer.
- Regularly communicating with customers to understanding their ongoing product demand.
- Coordinating product manufacture to meet the forecasted demand.
- Expediting shipments to ensure orders are fulfilled on-time in full.
- Providing regular order status updates to customers.
- Producing 100% accurate shipping documentation in line with customer requirements.
The person required
The successful candidate will possess a qualification in logistics/supply chain/shipping, previous experience in a similar role involving customer service and international export, along with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine respect for other cultures. Experience in the animal feed industry would be an advantage, as would the ability to speak a second language.
