Following the global engineering update posted on the Lens on 15 February 2017, which outlined our intentions to split Engineering and Customer Support/Logistics & Administration functions within the Americas, I am delighted to announce you that we are going to mirror a similar structure within EMEA.
Richard York will take on a new role as Head of Engineering (EMEA) and Engineering Innovation, which will allow him the time to focus on Project Switch. Once Project Switch is completed, Richard will take the lead on several innovation projects that have the potential to enhance our application technology and its value to our customers.
A new role will also be created – Customer Support & Logistics Manager – EMEA, reporting to John Thornton, Commercial Director, EMEA. Any colleagues interested in applying for this opportunity should follow the application process in the vacancy notice.
