New Customer Service Appointments

North, Central & South America

Samone Frazier has been appointed as Customer Support and Logistics Manager, effective Monday 1st May, with responsibility for the North, Central & South American business. In this new role Samone will report to Nick Braden and will be working closely with the Commercial Operations and Engineering teams to drive a world class customer service model and pursue efficiencies within our logistics capabilities.

Samone has a BSc in Logistics & Communication Arts from Georgia Southern University. She has been working in the supply chain industry since 2004 and already has a lot of experience with Anitox gained over the 4½ years she has been with us.

 

 

EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa)

Nick Bell has been appointed as Customer Support and Logistics Manager for the EMEA Region and he joins the company on Tuesday 2nd May 2017, reporting to John Thornton.

Nick has a long career in customer service and logistics, having spent the last 16 years working across Supply Chain Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage and Shipping. Most recently Nick has been working with DB Schenker in the UK and Tegel Foods Ltd in New Zealand.
